Complaints Procedure

At Our Lady of Victories, we aim to maintain a caring, supportive and disciplined learning environment where children benefit from the best possible education.  All staff are committed to this aim.  It is our desire to resolve any concerns or problems as quickly as possible.

If there is something you are concerned about, please make an appointment with your child's class teacher to discuss the issue.  If the issue is not resolved at this meeting, please arrange to see the Headteacher.  Every effort will be made to resolve any problems.  However, if the complaint needs to be taken further, you may contact the Governing Body.

The first point of contact for any queries or concerns is always the Class Teacher

Whole School Issues:
Any concerns that you may have regarding whole school issues should be sent in writing to the Headteacher or by making an appointment to see the Headteacher.

Please send in a written or typed letter, clearly marked 'Attention of Headteacher' or email info@ourladyofvictories.wandsworth.sch.uk

In all cases, we put the safeguarding of the child above all other issues.  We have due regards to confidentiality for all parties concerned.

Taking Complaints Further:
We would very much hope that any problem could be resolved through discussion with the staff at school.  However, if you are not satisfied you may wish to make a formal complaint.  A copy of our Complaints Policy can be obtained from the school office or can be found by clicking the link below.
